How do I apply for a Redicard?
You can download a Redicard application and post or fax it to us or contact any of our offices and we'll fax you one.

How do I apply for a Visa debit card?
You can download a Visa debit card application and post or fax it to
us or contact any of our offices and we'll fax you one.

How do I report my lost/stolen Visa and/or Redicard?
You will need to contact the lost and stolen card 24 hour hotline on
1800 224 004 as soon as possible, or contact us on (02) 9955 6046 during business hours.

Can I use my Redicard overseas?
No, your Redicard can only be used within Australia.

Can I use my Visa card overseas?
Yes, your Visa card can be used at any ATM or retail outlet where the Visa logo is shown. You can use your Visa Card at over 20 million merchant locations and have access to cash from over 840,000 ATMs in over 150 countries.

How do I change my PIN?
You can change the PIN of your Visa or Redicard at our North Sydney or Griffith branches. Photo ID is required and a $3.00 fee applies.
