While we attempt to test NetBranch on all standard platforms,
this is not always possible. There are serveral platforms and
browser combinations that we have not tested for various reasons,
however if you have had used NetBranch with an unlisted platform/browser
combination and wish to provide feedback, please do so to

A Few Important
Notes ... |
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 provides the option to
customize your privacy (cookie) settings. NetBranch requires
your members to have their privacy setting set at either Medium
or Medium/High to ensure efficient access. |
Internet Explorer 6 is automatically set with cookies "disabled",
cookies need to be enabled in order to access NetBranch.
Essentially, access to cookies is mandatory so that NetBranch
can keep track of your session. |
To ensure cookies
are enabled, you should follow these steps: |
1. Open your browser
2. Go to "tools" option on the browser
3. Select the "internet options" from the options
4. Select the "security" tab
5. Hit the "custom level" tab
6. Scroll down to "cookies"
7. Select "enable" cookies on both settings |
